Stairs
Egress and Amenity Stairs, Code ReadyWe build pan-filled , plate-tread, preset concrete tread stair systems, landings and stringers ourselves. We can coordinate closely with our installation crews to make sure the most used part of your jobsite is in place and ready ASAP. Galvanized or primed and ready for a finish.

Fencing
Steel and Aluminum Perimeter SecurityWe fabricate heavy welded steel picket fence for runs that have to take abuse, and powder-coated aluminum where you want a lighter, maintenance-free look that holds its color in the sun and the rain. Ornamental Gates
The Entrance Sets the ToneThe entry gate is a property’s handshake. We design and fabricate swing and slide gates in ornamental and clean contemporary styles, sized and reinforced for the operator and access control you intend to run. Vehicle gates, pedestrian gates, amenity gates and dumpster enclosure gates – every one of them hung on posts we set ourselves, so the gate still swings true years down the road.

Rails
Guardrail, Handrail and Balcony RailRail is a life-safety item and a design element in the same breath, and an inspector will find the difference between the two. We fabricate guardrail, handrail, balcony rail and stair rail to code height and load, with picket, cable or panel infill. Core-drilled, surface-mounted or fascia-mounted – we lay it out on site so the posts land where they should and the spacing reads as deliberate.

Canopies & Cabanas
Amenity Steel and Shade StructuresAmenity space is what closes the lease. We build entry canopies, porte-cocheres, walkway covers, pool cabanas and pergola-style shade structures in steel – engineered for wind load, finished to match the building, and detailed so the connections look intentional rather than improvised. Residents stand under these every day, which is exactly why they are worth building right.

Misc Steel
Bollards, Light Poles and Everything on the Punch ListEvery project ends with a list of steel nobody drew in detail, and it is usually the last thing standing between you and a certificate of occupancy. We fabricate and install the miscellaneous items that keep the job moving – bollards, light pole bases and anchor bolt cages, ladders and roof access, trench and pit frames, dumpster enclosures and one-off brackets. Send us the sketch, even if it is on a napkin.
